Everyone knows the stories about the wild horses roaming the Outer Banks. Being a horse lover myself, I had to paint one up close and personal. Although this painting is not of one of the actual horses who inhabit the Outer Banks, it is my concept of how one might appear. She is full of personality standing proudly on the shore with the sea breeze blowing her mane! Not a bad way for a girl to spend her days.
