Did you know that a group of swans is called a “bank”? Likely because they often congregate on the edge of the marshes, as this beautiful group did. These beautiful swans composed themselves nicely in the morning light. Swans are intelligent, graceful, and beautiful, and they’re the subjects of many of my paintings.
