What’s that fresh feeling in the air? Whether it still feels like winter in your area or not, you can always count on the promise that spring is coming soon. Green, of course, is the most common color that we associate with spring and the month of March. Have you seen these fun pieces of green art at Seaside Art Gallery?
If you have ever visited the Outer Banks in March, you might have heard about the Kelly’s Saint Patrick’s Day Parade. This oil painting honors the fun local community parade that is held each year along the iconic Beach Road in Nags Head. The scene is a snapshot of participants getting ready to start the festivities!
This beautiful abstract painting features several graceful greens. It’s as if fertile winds rich with life are blowing across the hill. The gallery wrapped canvas offers a simple view that allows the viewer to focus on the image and explore freely in their imagination.
Greens are often associated with springtime, but summer can show off gorgeous greens, too. This delightful oil painting shows us a peaceful snapshot of nature that is full of lush green life. You can almost hear the peaceful stream babbling by the trees and grass!
Blooming flowers provide an excellent contrast to a green painting, as shown in this acrylic painting of queen anne’s lace. The white flowers are pleasing to the eye in the serene forest, and the gold frame is a nice touch, too.
While landscapes are a common depiction of green artwork, this mini paper sculpture features a super fun green reptile relaxing in a jungle tree. The tiny red ladybug in the corner is a great example of the ‘rule of thirds’ used by professional artists. It offers just the right amount of variety while keeping the viewer’s focus on the reptile in the center.
Whether it’s still snowing in your area or green grass is already popping out of the ground, you can bring a breath of fresh air into your decor collection with a green colored piece of art. Find landscapes, abstract, and much more at Seaside Art Gallery. Stop by the Gallery to see them for yourself, or take a look now online.
