Back in 1961, the Smith family breathed life into Seaside Art Gallery amid the wild dunes and scattered buildings of Nags Head, North Carolina. That same year, as Nags Head became a town, we proudly became the post office's very first customer and received the distinction of PO Box 1, which we have to this day.
