This halo style ring contains one vertically set mixed oval cut natural tanzanite (0.42ct) and 22 natural diamonds (0.235cttw). Overall there are 21 round brilliant cut diamonds and 1 single cut diamond used to create this beautiful size 7 ring. The tanzanite is eye clean and medium, very slightly grayish, violetish-blue in color, it is assumed to be heat treatment-common practice in tanzanites. The ring was cast and handset with a bright polished, rhodium plated finish. It is in very good condition even with the tanzanite having a shallow chip atop one end. It is marked; 14K; 585 and included is an insurance appraisal for $1642.00.
