"Of the Sea" is inspired by people in marinas everywhere, whose hearts are tethered to the waters. You recognize them when you meet them. There's a saltiness that wizens their souls. They have a respect for nature and her powerful, unpredictable outbursts. They know one dolphin school from another, and they can predict the weather better than the app in my phone. Somehow, they feel more at home on the water than on dirt.
I can sit and listen to their stories for hours.
