The halo style ring is set with a vertically set mixed oval cut natural ruby (0.75ct) surrounded by an oval halo of 12 round brilliant cut natural diamonds (0.24cttw) This ring is not marked but tested 14K yellow gold. It was cast with the diamonds in place and the ruby handset with a bright polished finish. The 5 1/4 size ring is in very good condition and includes an insurance appraisal of $989.00.
