David Hunter


Asher is in an edition of 100 & 10 a/p, the etching measures  2  1/2″ x 2″ and it is signed, titled and numbered in pencil by David Hunter, unframed.

Asher was the eighth son of Jacob, and his name means “Blessed” or “Happy.” Asher’s mother was Leah’s servant, Zilpah. He would become the head of one of the 12 Tribes of Israel. The Bible does not say much about Asher as an individual.
