Anyone who comes to our lovely Outer Banks beaches knows there is nothing quite like a Carolina summer. That’s how visitors become residents! You’ll know that fall is on the horizon when the Outer Banks ocean changes its color from shimmering turquoise aquamarine to its “blue jeans” outfit.
