Debby Faulkner-Stevens was born in Newport Pagnell in 1954, she has been painting professionally since 1978. Entirely self-taught, she works mainly in watercolor and gouache. Debby is a Member of the Society of Women Artists, the Royal Society of Miniature Painters, Sculptors and Gravers, the Hilliard Society of Miniaturists and the World Federation of Miniaturists.
Debby has many awards for her excellence in painting miniatures over the years and her colorful, intricate paintings are collected both in the UK and abroad. Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac, has three of Debby’s paintings, and has endorsed the use of her lyrics in a limited edition print, sales of which raise money for the singer’s charity which funds research into leukemia.
