Judy Leasure, lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with her husband and Bedlington Terrier, Wills. She’s an artist and teacher working mostly in pastels. Her work is realistic and her subject matter is primarily animals and still life. She creates the illusion of three dimensions on a two-dimensional surface. She does commission pet portraits, and teaches classes in her home and regional conferences. Leasure’s work is exhibited in shows and galleries in Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
