A self-taught artist, Lauri Waterfield Callison was a Textile Designer for over 20 years, creating artwork for a range of clients from Martha Stewart to NASCAR. Formerly a fly fishing guide & Captain of the "Remington Girls" shotgun team for Remington, her love of the outdoors shines through every painting. Her artwork is in galleries & corporate collections across the nation & abroad and has raised thousands for several charities.
In 2012, Lauri met & married the love of her life, Phil Callison, SF, retired combat veteran, and together they fish, hunt, & explore the outdoors from their home-base in the woods in Martinsville, Virginia. “My aim with my art is to share nature’s beauty & power with the viewer - create a visual oasis or highlight something normally overlooked.”
