Roger Shipley, born 1941. He graduated Otterbein College, Ohio (1964), the American School at Fontainebleau, France (1962), Cleveland Institute of Art, Ohio (1965) and Cranbrook Academy of Art, Michigan, M.F.A. (1967).He is Emeritus Professor of Art, Logan A. Richmond Chair, Dept of Art, Lycoming College, Pennsylvania.
